Arrival time for on site test and boarding (Concierge) - Miami

Hello,

We have a cruise we are boarding tomorrow in Miami. We are concierge. I have a daughter who needs to have an on-site test due to not being vaccinated. What time should I arrive for this test? Do I check in first and then go take the test?
