Hi, I am not sure this is the right forum for this, but here goes...

If we arrive to the resort to check in at noon, do you think we could make a 2 PM Liberty Tree Tavern reservation? I am allowing an hour to check in (Pop Century, on a weekday) and an hour to get to LTT. I am not opposed to grabbing a taxi to the Magic Kingdom instead of waiting for a bus.

This will be on October 28, so hopefully it won't be really crowded (while making our way from the gate to LTT.)

Thanks for any replies!

Hi,

Yes, you should make it, assuming your flight (or whatever means of transportation) cooperates and actually gets you to the resort by noon.

Enjoy your trip!

It is possible but it sounds very rushed and potentially stressful to me!

You should make it. If you are late, they will still take you too. That time should not be crowded...

I think you will have time and I don't think it will be stressful. I believe stress is what we make it to be.

With my group? No way!!!

With any one else? No problem! :goodvibes

Life always manages to get in the way when I make plans like that. But--unless something unplanned happens, you should be able to make it to the restaurant with no problem.

I don't mean to laugh at your plight with your group, but that really struck me funny!!!

So true! :goodvibes

You should see me trying to get the kids in the car to go to school in the mornings. Ugh! It's like herding cats!

Thanks SO much for the replies everyone! We'll be on the Deluxe Dining plan, and had that one credit that I hadn't planned out yet, so I thought Liberty Tree Tavern would be a good choice as soon as we got there.

We're driving in, that last leg of our trip we'll be fresh just from Gainesville to WDW (planned that way for maximum first-day part time) so I think it'll work out. :)

I've looked at it on the park map, and from what I can see I should get in, go towards the castle and take the first left by Casey's.

I can tell you, it is faster if you go in straight towards the castle, past caseys, stay to the left, pass the 2nd left (which head towards adventureland), and turn down the third left right before the castle. It will take you right into Liberty Square, past hall of presidents and LTT is right there on your left :)

I wouldn't take a cab to MK since that would have to drop you off at the TTC instead of the Park. If you must take a cab, have it drop you off at the Contemporary Resort and either walk to MK or take the Monorail.
