We are landing at MCO at 3:30pm on a Thursday and staying at AKV-Kidani. We are planning on arriving at AKV via DME at 5:30pm (worst-case scenario) and going STRAIGHT to DHS to catch the 8pm Fantasmic show.

Getting to the dining question...

We will have the DxDDP for two nights. So far, we are planning on Boma for breakfast on Friday (1 credit) and the luau for dinner (2 credits). Then, Saturday we will do dinner at Boma (1 credit).

Since we are seeing Fantasmic at 8pm, do we even have a chance of making a 9:45 ADR at Jiko? We will definitely not have time to eat a TS meal before the show. Would it make a difference if we took a cab from DHS to AKV after Fantasmic, instead of waiting for a bus? The only other option I've considered is using the 2 credits and getting in-room dining. The menu looks similar to that of Sanaa and it says it is served until 11pm. We are staying in a studio so that makes is a lot less "formal", but I don't know of a viable alternative.

Any other thoughts?

Our 180-day window opens up on April 16 so I need to get some things planned. I also have to run the numbers to see if we'll still want to do the DxDDP or if we'll just stick to TiW. *IF* we can get the ADR's we want, then the DxDDP will make more sense.

Oops, forgot to mention....no kids, just 2 adults.

I can offer my experience with trying to fit alot in on a late arrival day: It was completely exhausting and nerve-wracking having our ADR and.....
everyone got real crabby, real fast.:rolleyes1
