Aromastone Therapy

Has anyone had this and can youtell what it is like. Do you get a body massage with it?

Well I don't know about the aroma stone one but I had a hot stone massage last cruise and I did get a massage with it...BUT...the day before we were snorkling in Grand Cayman and got burned pretty good on the boack....those hot stones felt like I was being branded!! Just remember not to go when sunburned LOL!!

AH ...the spa!!

I had the aromastone massage last year .....LOVED IT!!!!!!! They use a wonderful smelling aromatherapy oil and rub you down with large flat heated rocks. Plus regular massaging as well. I enjoyed it VERY much and may do it again this year!!

This is my favorite type of massage. They rocks are lava rocks, smoothed by a river of hundreds of years and heated to around 140 degrees. If you think a deep tissue massage is a bit too painful for you, this is the one to do I'm a wuss, I can't do a deep tissue, but I love the hot stones. They massage you with the stones, and it's much more gentle and feels great.

I don't know about on the disney ship, but at our local spa this is the one massage where they really recommend you strip completely. They do some moves where they start with the hot stones and rub from your calves up to your shoulders in one smooth motion
