Army Wives on Lifetime ?

When Emmalynn said, "I love you Jeremy, look after my sister". I really bawled! One of my favorite episodes in ALL my years of watching tv was the one after she died (we don't know it yet) and Claudia is taking her to college and seeing her get ready to start her own life, and then, at the end, it's all a dream and the poor girl is dead. Oh, that one broke my heart!

A wonderful series, such a tearjerker....

PS And, yes, Frank's reaction was very real, too...

ITA. And Amanda's death episode was my favorite too. That was an ugly cry for me!:sad1:

Why had Frank not met Tonya in Afghanistan? I remember Jeremy telling his dad about her after they had met. I may go back and watch those. It makes no sense that he would not have introduced them to each other at some point.

I think I also cried through the whole episode. So very sad, and what our military families face on a daily basis. :( :sad1:

I may be in the minority here, but I was very disappointed in last evening's episode. Frank's reaction felt very real, but Denise's...not so much...and don't even get me started on the fiancee who to me felt like an after thought.

I think that the show's dynamic will change now. It will be interesting to see how Trevor behaves going forward and I think that Roland will also feel a certain degree of responsibility. I also wonder how this will change Frank (who's already changed a lot with Molly's unexpected presence).

Sorry, just not my favorite episode.

The fiancee was just an afterthought. Remember, the focus is on the women who have become such close friends. They just met Tanya. And nothing, not the death of a spouse or fiance, can match the horror of losing a child. Only Claudia Joy understood that.

The walk out of the funeral home confirmed to me who it had to be. It couldn't be Michael or there would have been more brass there - after all, he's a general. It couldn't be Trevor because Finn wasn't there. It couldn't be Chase because Pam's kids weren't there. And it couldn't be Frank because they wouldn't set it up so that Denise had to leave base housing.

Agreed.

Yes I"m watching. I noticed last Sunday there was no preview, but I saw it last night for June 5. They also said only two more shows left. It appears that Michael certainly does have some problems.

I have enjoyed this show since it first came on the air. It is the end of the season. Not the end of the show - thank goodness!

And I'm also looking forward to the new season of Drop Dead Diva (June 19).

I as well, how dare they leave us with just Grayson bleeding out in the street like that:confused3:rolleyes1

What, no one's watching anymore? Anyone have predictions about whether the gang is breaking up, with all the potential moves? Or what's going on with Michael?

I think it is just drama and I do not think the gang will break up, unless someone doesn't sign a new contract. Hard to tell what's going on with Michael.

I can see Chase and Pamela leaving though after watching last week's episode.

Did anyone else see the statement at the end "Next Season Army Wives Will Blow You Away" or something like that? I kept thinking that this was the last ever episode....maybe its not! I hope it keeps going. I really like it.

I noticed the preview as well. During tonight's episode I kept thinking it was the last episode and was relieved to see it would be back.

I also noticed that it said FALL 2012...........

Through the whole ep I kept saying to myself I know they renewed for another season so why do they keep writing shows that could be series finales? Last years season finale was the same way :confused3

Got to see Chase in his uniform though

I think the writers do that "just in case." A year is a long time and who knows what could happen with contracts during that time.

I don't think I can wait more than a year for more Army Wives. Do you really think they all be moving away to different places? When Jeremy died and EmmaLyn spoke, she mentioned how many times they were stationed at the same place while growing up. Some of them HAVE to stay together.

Also this weekend, I saw Brigid Brannagh in two different made for TV movies on two different stations, both airing at the same time.
