If you were in the Navy for 2 years and honorably discharged, do you qualify for the military room discount or free 5 Day Park Pass? The website says active or retired, but not sure how Disney defines retired.

Sorry, no. That person is a "veteran," but is not "retired." A retiree is a former servicemember who has served 20+ years and is eligible for military benefits like pension, healthcare and base access. You need to have a current ID (active, retired, active reserve) to get the discounts and tickets.
