We stayed at the Biltmore a couple of years ago using points. Points do seem to be a little high but if you go off-season (in the summer) I think the value is more reasonable. This is a beautiful resort and the grounds are awesome. The pool is big, is very nice and comes complete with a swim-up bar. The hotel rooms are nice although the buildings are old, everythings been remodeled and the rooms are comfortable and are tastfully decorated. There is a nice golf course on the hotel grounds and they have an 18 hole putting course (not miniture golf) on real grass in the central hotel lawn area. We liked this hotel alot and plan to go back. We are fortunate to live in Colorado so we can drive there for a long weekend.
