I am thinking of booking this character meal for my DD and I...

Is the photo package included in the price or do you have to purchase it seperatly?

You can take pics (or ask them to do so) with your own camera as well.

We elected to buy the (admittedly overpriced) photo package because DD is a princess fanatic. It was the one larger photo and 4 smaller copies.
There is a code on the main pic that they sell you which allows you to add it onto a photopass account when you get home btw.

We have done the same at WDW with the character meals (bought the overally priced pics), however for the two most popular princess character meals in WDW, the photo package is included with the price of your meal...

no the picture is not included
yes you can (in addition to photo pass potographer) take picstures with your own camera
