Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how they liked or did'nt like arial grotto? Was the food good? Are there alot of princesses?
Thank you!

The food was satisfactory... I hardly remember it, LOL. But, the experience was fantastic. We met Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine and Belle. They were all lovely and they spent a perfectly adequate amount of time w/DD. It was DH's bday and his bday dessert and the singing were perfect - it was a marvelous celebration... We are doing it again a week from Sunday. ;-)

The character interaction is great, but the food and service stinks! We've done it twice and will not be doing it again!

The food was just okay. Nothing special. I do like that it was served to us though. Oh I also noticed that the last time we went the portion sizes all the sudden got quite a bit smaller.

Character interaction has been rather poor for us in the past. The princesses have so many tables to get to that they hardly spend more than a minute or two at most with each one. Just enough time to sign an autograph, snap a picture and move on. You get to see 5 princess during your meal.

That said, my daughters really like Ariel's. It's one of the only places that you're guaranteed to see the princesses without doing PFF. So if seeing the princesses is of great importance to you, I'd say it's worth it.

We have been a couple of times. Both were due to free pictures from our credit card company which was cool. The food was limited and just ok in quality but the princess interaction was great!!!!! The outdoor seating also has a nice feel and is cool on a hot day. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the food was decent...maybe not 20 per person ,but it is disney! I was a little disappointed...the princesses just grabbed the autograph book and signed, said lets take a pic and basically walked on...but there were a LOT of people there...so I suppose I understand!! It was a great way to see them though and dd was super excited!!

We really did not enjoy the food or the prices, but justified it because we would be able to see five princesses in one shot. Then when we got home to scrapbook the trip, we were really disappointed that we were able to get such few photos - and the "under the sea" green color of the walls, really did not make it very photogenic. Since then we have chased princesses through the parks, or waited at the PFF to get to see them.

Request outdoor seating if you go. My party did this and found the atmosphere much more appealing and less noisy. Also try to eat there later in the afternoon to avoid crowds. Last time we ate there we were the only family seated outside, it was lovely. Our waitress seemed very rushed and flustered but having so many princesses to interact with and the fun character escort made the meal worthwhile.

I'm not a fan of Ariel's Grotto. We went back in January and had a great time, the food and service were great. We went back at the end of February, and the food and service were awful, and they rushed the princesses through so that we hardly got to spend any time with them. The Princess Fantasy Faire is much better for meeting the princesses, they spend so much more time with you and it does not feel so rushed. If you really want to meet the princesses, I would save the money and do the PFF. You can go through as many times as you want.

the princesses were very friendly, but the servers were not. Also, the food was terrible!!! Even my three kids would not eat their meals. My daughter was thrilled to meet all the princesses there, but we wasted a lot of money on that meal.
