Argh! website again!

I cannot get into the website again! It says to verify you are a member with an "activation code". I cleared my cookies and restarted my computer.
I'm also having problems with MDE right now saying my reservation for March isn't linked, but when I type it in it says "this reservation has already been linked by Mrs. ______ M. Ask her to add you to her friends and family list". I am Mrs. M!! And I have no idea who to call for MDE help.
Any suggestions?

Call Member Services and choose the technical assistance option from the voice menu. You’ll have to wait until business hours to do it. When I had the same problems with my DVC account, it was because IT had merged my many Disney accounts (Disney Movie Rewards, Disney Shopping, DVC, MDE) under one login.

They have made my MDE, DVC, shop disney all one log in "for my convenience". It's so convenient even my phone wants me to verify my account with an activation code that "came with my paperwork" (in 2008?)

Had this happen to me couple of months ago. The 'Activation Code' is basically a one-time deal to establish an account. After you have an account, any fixes have to be done by DVC IT. They fixed my issue in under 20 minutes on the phone. Good luck.
