Argh.... This planning will be the end of me...

Summary...
Started it as a party of 7 maybe 8 in total... ( 2 or 3 adults with 5 kids)
1. Booked a THV on Feb 8, 2009 with hardly any wait time :O)
Thought about it and decided that we would try and get a 2 bedroom at AKV so the kids could enjoy the new splash park at Kidani.
2.Ended up booking a 2 bedroom value and a studio value as my mother decided to tag along. Now have 3 maybe 4 adults and 5 kids going.
Husband cousin and girlfriend asked if they too could tag along and offered to help out with the kids... (never look a gift horse in the mouth!!!)
3. Added another Value studio to our ressie...
At a family function and his other cousin and wife to be also want to come too... we'd offered them some points ages ago for a wedding gift...
4. Need to add on another studio!!!

However... we are now second guessing our decision of AKV due to the fact we have 5 kids instead of 3 this trip and have always had the "space" at OKW (965sqft vs. 1350 sqft) and due to the fact that AKV is a bit out of the way for the one cousin who isn't renting a car!!
Do we give up the AKV ressies and make ressie at OKW ?? Or do I try to upgrade 2 bed @ AKV from Value to a standard and try and get the Value attached to the 2 bedroom that we are giving up???

You are going on vacation so try not to get stressed before it begins. It is up to you regarding space but as for AKV being out of the way, well I never rent a car and I have stayed at AKL and I never have trouble getting to where I wanted to go , took a little longer but you build in time for that. I say do what ever you think will make you happy as they are your points.

Not to add more stress, but what will you do if any or all of those "extra people" decide to cancel on you a week or two before the trip? You better get something in writing (preferably on a check) that they will indeed come and not cancel before you go changing ressies again. With a large "changeable" group like that, I'd probably book a GV at OKW and then it wont matter if someone cancels, because the rest of you will still have a great time in a bigger space.
