I work for an excellent chiropractor and have seen our patients with back pain get a lot of relief, my own DH included. Maybe you can find one in your area who might be able to help you.

I seem to thorw my back out once a year or so, so I know how it feels. Take care of it, and good luck with all the Christmas stuff - hope you can get some help.
