Ares vs Getaway Today tickets

Is there a benefit of one place over the other to purchase from? Will both need to be exchanged at the gate or are they actual tickets?

I know that Ares charges a fee per ticket where as Getawaytoday doesn't.

I bought my tickets through getawaytoday and they said they will be sending me actual tickets that can be taken right to the gate.

We buy our tickets at GAT. They have great customer service. We usually get our tickets fairly early, and always buy their $20.00 peace of mind insurance in case anything comes up. We just take our ID to the ticket window (usually the afternoon before) and pick up our tickets. This year my daughter was able to get a better price from work on the tickets than the go for five days for the price of four we bought from GAT. I called them and after they confirmed the lower price, they price matched.
