aRes Travel Ticket Exchange Question

We purchased tickets on aRes Travel because they offered 4 days for the price of 3. My question is that they say we need to take the voucher to the ticket office to redeem. We are staying at the Hilton and they have a "Disney Ticket" counter and we're wondering if we can exchange the voucher there so we don't have to wait in line at the park.

I think you need to go to the box office at the park for that one. We had aRes tickets, stayed at a good neighbor hotel and asked their front desk if we could exchange and they said we needed to take it to the DL box office. They could have been mistaken so maybe someone else has had a different experience. We got to the box office about an hour before park opening and walked right up to a window with no wait. I got nervous because it took the CM over 10 minutes to find our reservation. But she eventually found it and all was well. We still got a good place in line at the turnstile and at rope drop.

We stayed at the Hilton last year and my parents had an Orbitz voucher they had to redeem for tickets. We were told they couldn't help us, that it has to be done at the ticket booths at the park.
