Area Restaurants

Ok, I asked this in another thread, but I wanted to get ideas outside of just the Disney restaurants. I will be attending a convention this weekend and staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort. One night, we'll be taking one of our biggest clients out to dinner and needed some suggestions on something nearby. We do not want to eat onsite since many of our competitors will be at the hotel. What are some very nice, upscale restaurants near the Gaylord Palms?

Not sure of the distance from the Gaylord Palms but we found a great restaurant near the park on our last trip in October called Johnnie's Hideaway. Check out their website by doing a search for Johnnie's Hideaway in Orlando or Talk of the Town Restaurants.

The food was wonderful. We had the best steaks and seafood that we have ever eaten. We plan on going back there in April and every trip from now on.

I read the reviews and that sounds like a great suggestion. If it's close to the parks, it's close to the Gaylord Palms. Any other suggestions is certainly appreciated.

Any of the restaurant's above in Restaurant Row will impress clients. This is close to the attractions and your hotel, but you will find a lot of locals from Windermere (which is where Tiger Woods lives) and Dr. Phillips at these places also.
