I know those Elf on the Shelf threads are long so this may already be out there, but I ran across an idea today on pinterest... They had flour or something on the floor and the elf was making a snow angle in it. It was too cute!! So it occurred to me if you'd do a search on pinterest there are probably a lot of ideas on there, thought I'd mention it in case anyone was looking!

We actually did this 2 nights ago. I also found the idea on pintrest. This morning the kids woke to find our elf zip lining accross the living room. Later this week we have planned for the elf and a few friends to go sledding down our stairs ( sitting in our shoes ), color the milk green (also foudn on pintrest) and draw on the eggs in the fridge.
Gotta love the elf but is is ehausting to come up with an execute the ideas.

Ha, I bet!! I was debating starting it this year, but figured I'd never make it through... maybe this year but not to continue it and if I started the boys would hook right onto that, I'd be doing it till they're 18
