We leave Sunday (SSR) and two kids are sick. My DD has the stomach bug and has not moved in two day (trust me she is a maniac) and DS sounds like a seal coughing (not croup). Hope they get better because we are going!!!!!

At least it hit now instead of next week:confused3 I hope they all get better before you leave:wizard::wizard::wizard:

It has been a rough couple of months in this area--lots of different bugs going around. Here's some pixie dust hoping everyone is healthy before you leave! :wizard::wizard:

I hope everyone feels better before Sunday! It's not fun having sick kids, take care of yourself too.

pixiedust: and more pixiedust: for them to get well! Kids bounce back quicker than adults! Have a great time!

Awww...Hope your kids feel better before you leave! They still have a few days to recover, and kids are more resilient than adults.

We just got back on Saturday. Two weeks before we left, I came down with a really bad case of strep. Then a week before we left I caught a cold. The week we were at Disney, I felt wonderful! (Must be Disney magic!) On the way home, I started coughing and now sound like a small family of seals! Think I can go back to Disney so I can feel better?

Pixie dust to you guys!! My bet is that they will be fine by Sunday. Kids do seem to bounce back awfully quickly. Relax, you guys are going to have a great vacation with the Mouse :dance3:

Hope your children are feeling better soon and that you have a wonderful trip!!

Hey - look at it this way . . . A sick day at WDW is better than a regular day anywhere else. :thumbsup2

Same thing happened to us. My wife, 1 year old and 6 year old all got a bout of diarrhea and vomiting exactly 1 week to go. I had never seen something this bad before, as far as the violent expelling of fluids. Two days before leaving my wife was good, the next day my daughter snapped back. The very day we left, we were sitting in the airport and my 1 year old was sitting in the stroller facing my wife who was sitting in a bench seat. He did a true "exorcist" style proctile barf all over her shirt and pants. That was it though and he was good from there on out. I could not believe how lucky we got. Looking back, it was pretty funny and something we will never forget :rotfl2:

Bottom line, have faith.:wizard:
