Are you inspired?

Is there a saying or quote that inspires you when you are tired of exercising/grazing??

I ran across this the other day and I thought wow that's true!

There have been two that have inspired me over the last couple of weeks. One is from another WISHer.

"I am not there yet, but closer than I was yesterday."

and

"If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it."

I have both of these quotes written in the front of my food journal.

I got a "Life's Little Instruction Calendar" this year ... here are some so far -

Be bold when designing your dreams - humble after achieving them.
