My friends just called me a high-maintence drama queen

Are you high-maintence, or have you been called that?

I'm not...sometimes. Sometimes I can be, but more so picky and cautious than high-maintence.

this thread has my name written all over it.
YES i am high matinence.
but im not all the time
but 99% of the time i am.

Yes, I think so.

ETA: My parents laughed hysterically when I just asked them. Apparently, I am incredibly high maintence.

I enjoy the finer things in life but I'm not high maintence. I'm actually sort of tom boy sometimes lol.

i just asked matt. he said no. :confused3
maybe he's just trying to stay out of the dog house.

yesss!
hahaha.
My parents call me high-maintenence and a drama queen all time time. It's probably a phrase my parents use daily when talking about me.

ETA: A lot of you are saying high maintenence is like having everyone do things for you. I'm the opposite of that. I have to do everything myself. Like I don't like people doing things for me. But I'm also an "indoors girl". I HATEHATEHATE bugs. Every single kind. I hyperventelate(sp?) and scream and sometimes cry. I also don't enjoy seaweed. O_o

I'll be the first to admit that I am. It's an only child thing, really. I think I've gotten better with it over the years.

Yes, I am extremely high-maintenance.
I'm a high maintenance daughter, i'm a high maintenance girlfriend, i'm a bit of a high maintenance friend.
And I'm a MAJOR drama queen (hence the username lol)
I will openly admit that I am extremely high maintenance. I'm pretty sure that's not a good thing, but it's the truth.

what's high maintainance?

Ill try to answer this. Its when you need a lot of attention, and need a lot of things to be done for you. IDK if thatsthe best definition.

I dont think I am. Im an only child but I grew up on the farm and Ive had to work for everything I had since I was 8. Growing up on the farm just gives you a lot of life skills and helps to teach you how to fend fo yourself.

I agree. I'm an only child, and my parents were always focused 100% on me. Hearing my parents tell me what a wonderful little princess I was when I was younger must've gone to my head.

Not all only children are high maintaince. Im an only child and my parents always treated me really special but Im not high maintaince

Same!

I was at a car wash today, and my friends were washing my mom's car. They were all "come on Meg, come help!" and I was like "no...no thanks". So my mom came back and was like "you know, you could've helped". My friends' mom said "try tried to tell her that...". My friends rolled their eyes and were all "high maitenence drama queen".

My friends say the same things about me. I ask my friends to go get me stuff all the time. ;) Like 'Ohhh, I left my bag over there. Will you go get it for me, pretty please?' and they do it. They're enabling me; it's there fault. :p

Ya, as for being high-maintenance, I'm also what my boyfriend's family so lovingly refers to as an "indoor girl".
Meaning, I don't like to get dirty, I won't go camping, I won't do yardwork, I won't do anything that might involve having bugs or dirt near me at all. Haha.
They make fun of me all the time for it.

I'm not an only child, but both my sister and I are the same way.
We are a bit spoiled though....so that probably has a lot to do with it. lol

Oh, I completely agree. I won't touch dirty things, I scream if I see any bug, I won't go to the lake or anything like that. It's really noticeable how high maintance I am, down here in redneck-ville and all. People love going to the lake and stuff for fun. No thank you.

Today, I was in the car with my mom and I saw a HUGE bug flying inside of the car! I opened my door (yes, we were moving) and tried to jump out. It was only then when I realized the bug wasn't even inside the car.

OMG LOL!!!!
Once I went to the drive in with Derek and I saw a spider in our car and I started crying and made him get it out and trade seats with me.
(oh God, I sound like such a dink! hahaha)

I make my dad kill the big bad bugs.

I don't do yardwork, I don't go camping (unless it's hotel camping!)

I'm such an indoorsy person, it's not even funny.
