All the busses I've been on have signs about no eating or drinking. That said, I've also seen people disregarding the signs.

It's WDW, so sure, as long as you get one for everyone on the bus, and the driver. And make sure you get some gluten free ones and some vegetarian ones and some non-peanut ones and some non-dairy ones. And make sure you get the most value via your snack credit.

No food or drinks on the buses is the official rule. There are signs (usually the pictoral type) and an announcement. That said, I've also seen people just flat out eating on the bus (and dropping crumbs everywhere).

They will usually allow on a drink in a sealed container but not one in a cup with a lid.

I'm guilty of giving my girls a few gold fish crackers on the bus but that would be the extent of it. I also have brought my refillable mug with coffee on the bus and no one has said anything. I didn't drink from it. I'm not that coordinated. I would rather wait and step to the side and take a drink
