Are you a Disney Freak too?

My name is Linda and I'm addicted to Disney!! LOL....;)

ANYTIME anyone we know has a questions about WDW they all come to me. I got engaged in WDW back in 1978 and we've been going ever since!! I have bags in my closet that I only use in WDW as well as clothes, sun visers, nightgowns.....lol. I feel an owners locker coming my way soon!!

Waiting here counting down the days till my next trip; 10 days!!! Going crazy!!! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

I am a Disney addict. :lmao: Have disney jammies, disney bags, watches, rings (ooh I need a bracelet and earrings) oh wait I have earrings. They call me a mouseketeer at work. I have planned a few Disney trips for family, friends and co-workers. I love it.

I think I have even turned my son (10) into one. He told me just the other day. Mom, I miss Disney. I wish we could live there. :woohoo:

Disney Freak? NO not me, hah. :goodvibes

I love Disney. I hear the word Disney & my ears perk up!

Everything comes back to Disney for me. I can take just about an conversation and relate it back to something Disney. My kids love to point that out to me, I just can’t help it, it just happens…

My guest bathroom & home office are Disney themed. One hallway in my home is lined with Disney cells, my “collection”. I have a Disney themed Christmas tree in my home office, I just love that tree.

All my wristwatches are either Mickey or Minnie, my favorites!

I have to say that my husband has more Disney cloths then me because I bought them for him.

It took me about a year or so to finally convince my DH that we needed to buy DVC pts. I think he now agrees that it was a good choice. Pretty much when we go on vacation we go to Disney. I have seen most of the US & a few islands and my favorite place to go is WDW.

My friends do consider me to be the “Disney” expert, not sure why.

Now that I know about the different Disney themed ring tone I have to see about getting one of those; that is so cool! Thanks for sharing.

IandGsmom – I loved your post about your coworkers suddenly disappearing, that is very funny.

Amberjack – I have a hidden Mickey too! It’s on my hand & I actually think it’s age spots but it’s shaped like a Mickey so I like it.

LOL....I immediately looked at my hands to see if I had a Hidden Micky too!! :lmao:

As others have posted Phone Zoo has some really good Disney Ringtones, I have Fanstasmic and got it from there. Check it out, I think you will be pleased. :goodvibes

We do a Disney room at Xmas. Full size tree with Disney ornaments only. Disney train, disney village complete with the Castle. Not a freak, just passionate.

I have the T shirt too. I forgot to mention... my Windows shutdown sound is the same as my Monorail ringtone! The Windows startup is the Beginning of "In The Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room"!

That is soo cool!! How did you get the Window startup and shutdown to do that??? :thumbsup2

Ok... So... I'm a "Disney Nut" as my DW likes to refer to me.
Want the ring tones?! I compiled a few: http://dardenden.com/downloads/phoneringers/Disney/
Give them a download and a listen. Use the memory card on your phone to upload them to the phone.

Enjoy. Disney Nut, Indeed! :surfweb:

I found my owners locker a great way to store all those at Disney only items. It save space in my closet at home for all my "up north" winter Disney clothing.:earsboy:

Definitely freaks! We have a Disney room, the whole Robert Olszewski Disneyland Main Street collection, and are considered the resident Disney experts with family and friends. We are even turning our almost 2 month old grandson into an early Disney fan, too (the little one in the Mickey ears in my little picture!)

Guilty. To name a few:

1. Always have something Disney on me.
2. Listen to Disney music in my car (and at home).
3. Talk about Disney World pretty much all the time.
4. Go to WDW once, twice, well, three times this year
5. Have Disney memorabilia throughout the house
6. Have Disney items in my office
7. Have Disney emoticons on my sametime at work
8. Have most Disney movies and watch them whenever feeling blue and not!
9. Named our dog after a Disney ride and a famous Disney character (Kali Captain Jack - after Kali River Rapids and Captain Jack Sparrow)
10. Buy Hallmark Christmas ornaments as soon as they come out (Disney ones, of course!)
11. Am always planning my next Disney vacation
12. Am always Disney dreaming
etc
etc
etc

bonrea, thank you so much for the ring tones,my dh came into the computer room last night while i was listening to all the tunes and said, whered you get those? the disboards of course! :yay:

I would think if you are on this board, then you are a Disney Freak! :rotfl: But what do you do (or not do) that makes other people think you are a Disney Freak?!? :lmao:

I'll start: if anyone so much as mentions WDW, DH and I can go on an hour long dissertation on what to do, when to go, where to stay! Our friends call us "experts" to our faces....but I know they think we are Disney Freaks! :lmao:

Anyone else?

You sound just like us. My DH and I can go on and on and on for hours talking about doing Disney the "right way". We have friends who have us help them plan out their WDW vacations and also have friends who wants us to come along with them so they can experience it the way we do because when they went they were so disappointed in how it all turned out (they made no ADRs, stayed offsite in a hotel an hour away, went during a peak time and didn't know about FPs, etc....). Also, my mom has her friends call me about questions they have on tickets and accommodations, I am like a travel agent without the certificate :rotfl:. If I can do this full time, I would do it in a heartbeat. You should also see our home, every room in the house is Disneyfied and my kids know so much Disney trivia, even the adults ask them about movies and WDW (at 9 and 7). So yes, I guess you can call our family Disney Freaks and very proud of it too :goodvibes
