Has the ship sailed so to speak on booking excursions for our March 13th 7 night Western cruise??? We just booked our trip last week and got our cabin confirmation today. My son would just love to swim with the dolphins or the stingrays or both. Any suggestions?

This is our first Disney Cruise! From the number of 12 year olds I see that are going I have the feeling I'll be spending quiet a bit of alone time reading on this cruise.

Jim,
Call DCL's shore excursions asap....the phone number is 877-566-0968. It is probably not too late, alot of people book once they are onboard ship. I wouldn't wait until then, though.
Did you look over all of the shore excursions online? You can pre book whatever you want.
Hope this helps.

If your son wants to swim with the dolphins in Cozumel, you have to book directly with www.dolphindiscovery.com
Disney doesn't offer the dolphin SWIM. We did the 2pm Royal Swim, bought the video and have watched it many times since.

Check out www.captainmarvins.com for the stingray excursion for Grand Cayman. We did the trip with two snorkel stops 10am-1pm. Just received our DVD in the mail yesterday.

We just did these last Tuesday & Wednesday.

p.s. my daughter is 12 and was a little frightened by the stingrays, she ended up back on the boat and watched from there.
