We send my dog to Petsmart for his bath...he's a german shepard who is afraid of water We used to have to chase him around the backyard with the hose when we would do it ourselves...it was entertainment for our neighbors

We are home from softball
and we WON!


We have now won more games in one day than we have for the past two years (DD13's team), so it is quite a joyous occasion in the was40 house!

DD13 had a great hit that drove in two runs
and DD10 had one hit to get one base and walked twice

both teams were evenly matched, so even if we hadn't won,
it still would have been a good game,
also unlike the past two years



it is breezy and sunny
and I got a little sun this morning watching

he went turkey hunting at five



I have decided to allow it
(I am feeling generous since he got the pool ready so early)

Just had my afternoon shower... and it is oh so beautiful outside! Snow, glad you made it outside! was40, congratulations to your girls!! Softball was my main sport, I played basketball and Volleyball too. I would literally countdown in basketball until softball started. I played up until about 2 years ago.

I would like to report it's 85 here and 83 in Disney World!!

We are about a mile from lake erie so it is always a little cooler for us...it still feels great though...I love that I can wear a tank top out!

Really?? I live right on the lake! I totally know what you are saying about the lake for some reason today it's still SUPER warm here.

I'm having a little touble seeing the screen...but I really need to get a jump start on my tan...which isn't really working...I'm just getting more and more freckles

It is very windy here...I have to wear a hat so that my hair isn't in my face while I try to read...I think that is one of the reasons it's only 73...without it we would easily be in the 80s!
