Or do we make our ressie with whoever answers the phone? Is the cancellation policy the same no matter if you get CRO or Disney Travel? Last May, I always asked for CRO specifically when I made or modified my ressies and just wanted to be prepared when I called in the morning.

I haven't heard that Disney Travel has changed their cancellation/deposit, so I would definitely make sure I was talking to CRO if I was making a room only ressie. I never make a package reservation, so I can't help you with that.

Good luck!

I called W-DISNEY tonight and asked for a room only reservation. I confirmed with the cast member that the cancellation policy was 5 days out and the remaining balance would be paid at check in. I paid 1 night's deposit tonight. I guess I'll be able to confirm everything for sure once I get my confirmation slip in the mail. Just make sure you ask for a "room only" reservation if you don't want a package.
