We are supposed to go to Discovery Cove the day after Thanksgiving. I know the weather is unpredictable at this time, but if by chance it is a cool day, are we going to freeze at Discovery Cove? I am mainly worried about my 3 year old (will be almost 4 when we go). I am just wondering if we need to wait and do this the next time we go and choose a warmer month. I am having a hard time deciding because I really want to go, but don't want to be miserable when we get there.

Thanks! Sandra

I don't think you will freeze.
Records and averages are here.

In South Florida, the cold months are usually Jan/Feb. Most of the time, it is still warm in December, unless a weird cold front comes thru. I've even been to IOA in February many times and done the water rides. In the morning, it can go down to 55, but warms up in the afternoon to 75. You will have a wet suit on, and the water is the same temperature no matter when you visit.
