Are y'all going to the MVMCP? If so, you can all have your picture taken together wearing your hats with a cute background as part of your MVMCP admission (I asssume they are still doing that!).

I think that all of you wearing hats would be so cute! My husband and I always wear silly stuff at the parks. We will be down there at the smam time as you. We will look for you if you look for us... I will be wearing my Mickey Mouse GRADUATION EARS (celebrating finally getting my college degree)!!!

at Dollar Tree last year...they had all of them...the Santa hats, elf hats, & reindeer antlers (the antlers are made of brown felt & attached to a headband). They were on sale 2/$1 right before Christmas.

I have seen the plush Santa hats already this year at WalMart but no antlers or elf hats yet. K'Mart sometimes has these, too. I usually keep watching the Dollar stores because the hats are so inexpensive there.

We are going the week before Christmas and are wearing santa hats, personalized t-shirts and for the princess breakfast we will don our tiarras. There are 13 of us, Ages range from 5-46. What a blast.

Wear them and have fun!!! Look at it this way - there will be someone there with something much more ridiculous on their head...like the guy I saw wearing a monorail headband - looked like the monorail was running in one ear and out the other!! I had to do a double-take!!!! Ha!!! I think your Christmas ones would be fine and you'll have a great time with them on! Go for it!!

Life is too short. Go for it! If there's 1 place in this world that you SHOULD feel comfortable doing this it is at WDW.

We wore ours!!! It was just adults. We got so many compliments. We wore them all day long..it was sort of cool and they really helped keep you warm..they were the big fuzzy Santa hats. I took mine off one night to adjust my hair and immediately got cold but felt fine w/ the hat back on. We all had them on in our photos.

DH was working for 2 days finishing his MBA project (bad trip timing but we had to go) and I walked in the room and he was sitting at his laptop w/ his Santa hat on. he said it reminded him he was still at Disney!!

We had so much fun wearing them we were kind of bummed when we scheduled this trip in Feb. We sadly groaned 'we can't wear our santa hats'.

I think it's awesome! If I saw your 83 year old parents wearing Christmas hats at WDW, they would surely bring a smile to my face and warm my heart. Have a great time!

I think it is great and you should totally do it. You guys are there to have fun and enjoy your vacation together as a family. Age is a state-of-mind and not a number thing if you ask me. We are going with my hubby's parents and will be sporting our own wearables.

We have shirts we bought from Disney that have a Disney character group featured on it and the following under it....

I cannot wait for all of us to wear our shirts. If I get another awesome deal on shirts like I did these (12.99 each for adults 9.99 for children, free shipping) I am going to order another set with different characters for a different day.

I think seeing your parents wear those hats would bring a smile to many people's faces. Seeing your whole family do it is even better.

In Disney, anything Fun is totally acceptable and magical. Dont worry about what other folks think, there will be plenty of other people of all ages wearing hats and fun Disney Gear! Go and have a great time!

Yeah, I'd be laughing at you from under my giant Goofy hat! LOL! Wear whatever you want! On our last trip, we saw an elderly couple with the bride and groom mickey ears - they were celebrating their 50th anniversary. They brought nothing but smiles to everyone who saw them.

WDW is the place for being silly. And Merry Christmas!

I don't think it's dorky! I'm 29 and I've always dreaded growing up because adults always seemed so boring...but who says adults have to be boring? Have fun and show your sense of humor and don't be deterred by other adults who might give you a second glance; they don't know how to have fun! I think more people should be like you.
