Northwestern. We have to fly out of Detroit, because flights from Grand Rapids are $200 more, a piece. But, a 2 hour drive is definatly worth saving $400!

Yeah, it's definatly like that if we fly out of Grand Rapids. It's pretty rediculous.

We drove to Florida back in December with Jacques when he was almost 2 months. It worked fine, but it took quite a bit longer than usual.

It's when a group of people gets together to split the cost of a photopass CD, so instead of $99/$125 (depending on when you buy it), you only pay $10-20 (depending on how many people are in it). There are a lot of them floating around, mostly on the budget board. You just find one that's for the time you're going, join, and send in your money. This is the one we're in here. They talk about it a lot more on the first post of the thread. They're really nice if you want to get one of the CDs.

Thank you for explaining the Photopass Share-I had no idea you could even do that! I will check it all out.

Baby Stuff...I can't recall all what I put in my PTR (so tired right now, brain not fully functioning...) but here are some from my notes:

-GardenGrocer.com is a grocery delivery service in Orlando that will deliver to the WDW resorts. You can order baby stuff here, food, milk, etc. and have it delivered.
-Ship down box of diapers any anythingn else large scale so you don't have to deal with it on the plane.
-Baby must wear swim diapers in the pools/hot tubs
-We bought our travel stroller off albeebaby.com, it's AWESOME. We got it in the mail the other day, I plan to post a little review of it on my PTR, just haven't gotten that far yet. We like it b/c it's 9 lbs, easy to carry, has a basket, a child tray and an adult cup holder. It was a total of $95 including shipping.
-Baby Care centers are in each park - very useful for diaper changes, feeding, etc.
-We plan to bring a little milk cooler (the one I got with my breastpump) and use it to keep some milk in sippy cups cool-so DS can have some milk when we are in the parks in the morning and not have to stop and purchase any. I think we will have to purchase some, but hopefully we can at least avoid buying some.

I just found out the truth about the rider swap. They don't allow you to wait together in the line with the baby. Like, one of us has to sit out while the other waits in line by ourselves. I'm just not so happy about that.

Looks like no big rides for us, unless my grandparents do come up for a bit to watch him.

I'm very sad.

If you want to see how it went with a baby check out my trip report. The link is in my signature. It's the one we do believe in George. Baby swap isn't bad. I did have to wait by myself with the baby while dh rode with the older kids but it really wasn't that bad. Your dh will can get a fast pass for the ride so he doesn't have to wait as long. Before he gets in line show the cm the baby and they will give you a baby swap pass. When you dh gets off the ride you can go in the fast pass line with the baby swap ticket. If you do it that way with the first one riding with a fast pass it doesn't take as long.

Yeah, I figure that's what we'll do for our Epcot and AK days (just want to ride TT, EE, and KRR), and on the last day split it up, MK and DHS and take my grandma up on her continuous offers to take DS for a day or two.

I know. Only thing is, what she wants is to take DS down to West Palm and keep him all week, since we'll "kill him taking him to Disney". But, we just want her to watch him for, like, one day for us to ride the big rides and have a special night to ourselves. So, it's a matter of convincing her to just come up for a day and watch him. Wish us luck that it works out.

Update time!!

ADR Change!

So, we changed some stuff around. We're dropping our Plaza ressies from Chef Mickey's!

I saw no appeal to it at first, until I was reading some TRs, and saw that dessert bar. Two hours later, after talking to Nic, I was calling Disney to change our ADRs!

I pulled out my swimsuit and made sure it still fit. It does! Only problem is, I'm starting a diet/exercise program, and I'm hoping to drop some weight before Disney, so it might not still fit, but if I have to buy a new swimsuit because mine was too big, that'd be a great day for me.

Other than that, not much new has been going on with Disney planning lately.

We're considering dropping our WCC ADR in lieu of just a CS that day for lunch. We'll see.

I'm still working on our exact schedule to work everything in. When I get it finalized (as much as I will for now!), I'll post it.

Got our pins

Not too much going on with our Disney plans. We got our pins from mousepinsonline. We purchased 15, but only got 14, so I sent in a message. Let's hope that goes well.

We finally set our itinerary, for now.

From now on, we'll be using this code:

I just have a question for you. Why are you walking to Epcot from DHS? You could take the boat to Boardwalk and walk to Epcot from there. It would be a much shorter walk. I just wanted to put my two cents in. Sorry. Your plans sound good. We did a carriage ride at POR in 2006 and We loved it. We didn't do it on our last trip in Feb because of baby Grace. She was tired and cranky at night after being in the parks all day. It was hard enough on the bus much less a carriage ride. I hope it works out well for you. Grace is just the type of baby that wants to be put down in her bed when she is tired, not held. If she would of just slept on me it would have worked out.

We just wanted to enjoy the walk. We figured we'll take the boat if we're tired. Just see when it comes to it! Glad to hear you enjoyed the Carriage Ride! We're definatly looking forward to it! Yeah. Jacques can be that way too. Luckily, the carriage ride will be just the two of us. No risk of DS fussing!

Thanks! Yeah. I'm very glad my grandparents are so willing to take DS so we can have some more ride time. We took a Disney Store trip yesterday so there'll be a new update in a little while with my new goodies!!

Disney Store Trip (With Pictures!)

Well, we took a trip to the Disney Store today. I am pleased to admit, it's MUCH better already now that Disney owns it again! We discussed it with the girl at the counter.

We were looking for pin lanyards, and found these for 50% off! Meaning, $5 a piece, including 2 pins!

Then, I got some PJs for the summer and the trip

I found an adorable headband that I picked up

We also picked up some more LGMHs while we were out, along with some other colors

We made a countdown with them a few weeks ago.

We also picked up a boat thing for DS while we were out for the pool both here and at Disney.

We also got our maps in the mail
