Are US/IOA tickets refundable or change dates

Does anyone know if you had to for some reason cancel or reschedule a trip are your US/IOA tickets refundable or can they be re-issued for a later date ? I saw at Undercover Tourist there is a 5% fee. Wasn't sure if it depends on where they are purchased. Has anyone ever used bestoforlando.com for tickets? They are about $50 cheaper now for 4 4 US/IOA 4 day park to park tickets. Waiting to here back on there cancellation policy.

I can only tell you...tickets purchased direct from Universal are not refundable but don't have specific dates on them. The only time you would run into problems with their tickets would be on a ticket special that has restrictions. If third party companies allow you to reissue or refund tickets, that's up to them.

Thanks for your reply. So seeing there are no dates on them if for some reason we are unable to use them in July we could use them at a later date? Is there an expiration date? I hint 30 plus years ago Disney had dates on their tickets.
