Are Undercover Tourist Tickets upgradable to an Annual Pass?

I am planning to purchase a 10 day ticket with park hopper and Water Parks. I have done this in the past. I have never purchased tickets from an outside company. Has anyone purchased tickets from undercover tourist and if so, were you able to upgrade them to Premium Annual Passes? If so, were you credited the full value of Disney's price? Thanks!

Should not be a problem, and you should get full value of the UT tickets if you perform the upgrade after you've used the UT tickets at least once.
