Are Tickets Upgradeable?

My fiance and I had bought one day park to park tickets from Undercover Tourist to use during our WDW trip earlier this month. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family and had to return home earlier than planned. We never got to use the tickets. We are considering going to Universal for a few days in April but spending 2-3 days in the parks. Can we bring our unused tickets and upgrade them before entering a park? If so, are there limits on the upgrade? For example, can we change the tickets to 3 day one park tickets or do they need to stay park to park? Thanks for any help you can give!

I think you could make them one day tickets if you wanted...just pay whatever the difference is.

They already are one day park to park tickets. I'd be interested in changing them to 2 or 3 day single park tickets if possible.

you can do that.

take the tickets to guest services, inside or outside the park.

they will look up on the value of the tickets you bought and you can apply that to the difference for what you buy when you upgrade.

you have one day park to park tickets.

you want to upgrade to one park, 3 day tickets.
(or change to 2 day tickets, one park.)

as long as they are not comp tickets, you can do this.

Perfect! I was hoping ticket upgrades would be similar to Disney. Thank you!
