This question is similar to the one I asked earlier. I'm thinking of upgrading my two adult vacation package from July 23-26th to the Paradise Pier hotel and three day park hopper tickets so we can get early entry one day. My mom and I only plan on going to Disneyland on the 24th and 25th. I asked a rep from the vacation package hotline who didn't really give me a clear answer, said she doesn't think it can be done and said she's not really suppose to say anything. My question is: If my mom and I don't use the third day on our park hopper ticket, would it be transferrable to someone else? If so, I'm thinking of selling them on ebay in advance. I am aware the third day would have to be used within 13 days I believe. Thanks for any help anyone can give me! :flower:

I don't remember my Disneyland tickets very well, but WDW tickets are very clearly non-transferable.

They are non-transferable, just like thier WDW counterparts. Now, that said, they don't take your picture or anything, however, it would be dishonest and a sue-able offence if you were caught and Disney took the time to press the point. They recently put a place in FL out of business for selling used passes.

There are a lot of used 5 day park hopper tickets for sale on eBay.

Are the buyers taking a risk that the ticket will be rejected.
Do the buyers not know that the ticket is not transferrable?
Do the sellers not know that the ticket is not transferrable?

I do not think that Disney cares much, or they could have the auction pulled.
There are just way too many such auctions, and they last for days without being cancelled.

I thought I read an eBay policy against selling partially used ticket medium, but I could not find the rule when I looked for it the other day.

The sellers are taking the chance that the ticket could be rejected. A rule of thumb (for me) is: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
My guess is Disney just hasn't looked into this. They police people who routinely do this more than the 1 timers, but if I were looking to buy a ticket, I wouldn't take a chance. But hey! That's just me! :)
