Are tickets from Get Away Today upgradeable to AP?

We are thinking of buying 6 day park hoppers from get away today. Does anyone know if they will be upgradeable to an AP? We are still thinking about getting an AP but I don't want to buy from get away today if they are not upgradeable.

Pretty much any ticket is upgradeable, unless it is a complimentary ticket (it will say comp or 0.00 value). They will backdate your AP to the first day of use on your multi day ticket, since they're giving you the value of your ticket to go towards an AP. Hope that helps!

Yes you can.

However, if you know you are upgrading to an AP, don't bother trying to get a discount ticket. When you upgrade, you will pay the difference between the AP and what you *paid* for the ticket; you lose the discount.

As explained it doesn't really matter what you pay for a PH if you are going to upgrade it.

But still get a PH and use the morning madness if you are staying off property, wouldn't matter if you stay in a Disney Hotel. Then upgrade it after the MM and use AP discounts.
