My mother in law *thought* she was doing a nice thing and went and bought 2 tickets to Seaworld for our children on Ebay!! We got her a computer for her birthday because we thought it would occupy her time, and she has managed to get herself in trouble already!
She sent the seller $70 in paypal a couple weeks ago, and DID get the tickets in the mail, but they look odd to me. First off, the passes show all of the different locations down the left side of the coupon, and the San Diego location has a red mark next to it. The tickets/coupons say that they are invalid if validated for more than one park. Does the red mark mean they were already validated?
We tried to call Sea World and ask them, but they said that they can only tell for sure if the tickets are good or not at the gate, and we aren't going until March! Paypal and Ebay will only "go after" the seller for 30 days - and they asked my MIL to get a third party to confirm at these tickets are good or else she will not be able to get her money back.
I have a headache....it will be an expensive lesson for her to learn if they are NOT good, but at the same time I feel really bad because if they are fake, this seller took advantage of someone -- which makes me more mad than her losing out on $70!
Here is a link to the picture of the tickets - if anyone has ANY information on these, or has seen these kind of tickets before, can you let me know. I don't want to have to wait until March to find out if they are fake or used, and I don't want to let this seller get away with this again if they are....

Well...I thought there was a link, but it won't let me add one... the item number is 260042604118 on Ebay if anyone can help. Thanks!
