Are there Xmas decorations up on Thanksgiving or after?

A CM told me they don't go up till after he thought.....but
he was not sure........I am so excited to see them on our Thanksgiving trip......
anyone know?

Actually, the last 2 years, they've been up by the first weekend in Nov.! Pretty cool
