Are there Live Shows in the Walt Disney Theatre on Pirate Night? I asked because I’m wondering about booking Palo dinner that night, before a show would end (730) and not worrying about missing a premium show like Frozen or Aladdin or Believe. We have a five night cruise on the Fantasy this winter.

Wondered if they intentionally do nothing in the theater that night to focus on the deck 11 pirate activities (post Covid) or have one of the hired performers doing magic or comedy. Or maybe they’ve always done it I’ve only sailed once in 2016.

On a cruise of more than 3 nights, it is unlikely to have one of the 3 main stage shows on Pirate Night. There will typically be a movie or featured performer in the Walt Disney Theater. I often book Palo on Pirate Night, and I don’t recall ever missing a main show because it (except on a 3-night cruise).

Sometimes, yes, but it's pretty rare. We were on a 4-night HOTHs on the Magic last month, and one of the theater shows was on the same night as Pirate Night. I was surprised because I'd never experienced that before. But, then I realized they did that because trick-or-treating/Mousquerade was on the night they didn't do the show.

So, unless you have a 3-night cruise or some other special itinerary, it's a pretty safe bet Pirate night won't be on the same night as one of the theater shows.

On a five night I would say highly unlikely unless they have to postpone a show due to cast/technical issues.
