Are there still "Walking to WDW" challenges around?

I remember a few years back, a lot of folks were counting up their activity miles and counting it as a walk to WDW. Are there any challenges like that around anymore?

i think they are on here as i'm pretty sure i've seen posts about walking to WDW. i see you're in nyc too. i just google mapped the distance to the magic kingdom from me and its 963 miles. i think it would be fun to see how long it would take me to walk to disney - i log my miles (walk/run) anyway so maybe i'll start adding them up to see how long it takes me to do 963 of them!

We did this as a family 3 years ago...counted biking and walking. Great activity. Got us all prepared for the trip and in shape.
