Are there no kids allowed restaurants around ?

I'm not really sure what you mean...you think there is one in the Grand Floridian? You are probably thinking of Victoria & Albert's, but children are allowed and will be found in all WDW restaurants, even V&A's...though you will see fewer children there and in some of the finer signature restaurants.

Children under 10 are not permitted to go to Victoria and Alberts.

About four years ago V&A instituted a policy that nobody under age 10 is allowed to dine in the restaurant.

It is my understanding that the only exception they have allowed was the Food Critic of The New York Times, and that family was at the Chef's Table.

I need there is one in the Grand Floridian.

As stated, Victoria and Albert's is the only one that doesn't allow kids under the age of 10. Andn if you choose that restaurant, prepare yourself for an expensive meal. All other Disney World restaurants are open and available to kids of all ages.

Yeah, as everyone has said, V&A's is the only one who does not allow children under 10. The meal is fantastic too.

I did notice on my honeymoon, as well, that if you go to signature restaurants later in the evening (past 8:30 I'd say), you're much less likely to see children dining.

Victoria & Albert's does not allow children under age 10. Otherwise, there are no restaurants with age restrictions (there is one special event, the tea with Alice, that is only for children.) Apparently V&A will allow younger children if the party books the Chefs Table, but not for the regular dining room or the Queen Victoria Room (unless the party rents out the entire Queen Victoria Room.)
