Are there lockers at the parks?

We were thinking that we had best bring a change of clothes for the kids in case of potty accidents, getting soaked on Splash Mountain, etc. and are thinking that it will really increase the quantity of stuff we have to lug around the parks.

Are there lockers there? We wouldn't put anything valuable in them - perhaps just the change of clothes. It's a long way back to the resort!

There are lockers at each of the parks. In the Magic Kingdom, they're located in the area under the train station. At Epcot, they're to the right of Spaceship Earth (by the rest area). At Disney Studios, they're to the right (behind the gas station). At Animal Kingdom, I believe they're off on the left just after the entrance.

There is a $2 refundable deposit, and a $5 charge per day. The per day charge is transferrable, so keep your reciept if you are going to park hop. If you get a locker at MK in the am, you can show your receipt at Epcot and not pay anything extra. They are pretty big too. If you lose yoru key, you lose your $2 deposit, but that's all (I know from experience )

Beware--the ones in AK are a little smaller than the ones in the other three parks. I have a Tinkerbell backpack on wheels--the size of a kid's backpack for school. Definitely not huge. It didn't fit in the lockers at AK. It fit in the ones at all the other parks, but not AK. Don't know why that is. Ended up carrying it around all day and that was not fun. Oh well, live and learn!!!
