Are there ever North face deals?

Will the North Face jackets get heavily discounted once warm weather & spring roll around? I see discounts right now but not enough of one to purchase yet...

I bought my DS a NF Denali this summer from Zappos for $70 and free shipping. They had many colors and sizes for all genders at the time-even the ever popular black. His is charcoal grey with orange NF embroidery and he loves it! I bought it a little big. Right now, the cuffs are rolled up once so I hope it will fit him in the Spring and again next fall (he's 12). I plan to sell it when he outgrows it.

Seems like if u need Children's sizes, its far easier to find discounted prices (and they are cheaper to begin with of course). I have spent literally hours searching for a good deal on a WOMEN'S Denali for DD. NOT an easy task!!! (I've found a few odd color/patterns though nothing I like). And no predicted Black Friday sales that I see. F&F Macy's may be the best deal to be had.

Just bought an Osito at Marshall's for $59.99. It is a funky green, kind of a chartreuse. My dd loves funky colors though so I think she will love it. Now I need to find another one for older dd.

That's the one I saw! 2 people were buying them and I saw only one left in XS. DD said she would rather have the Columbia in light gray the the Northface in green!

Nordstrom has marked the Osito jackets down 20%, including black and a few colors. I think there were a few other styles marked down. I didn't check the men's jackets.

For the Osito, the black is listed separately from the colors, so if you click on the colored Osito jackets, you won't see black as a choice, but it is available as a separate item.

We have actually purchased 2 north face jackets on Craigslist. Both are in great condition and we paid about $50 for each.

Try Nordstrom Rack if you've got one. A Nordstrom employee said the best time to buy NF is from them in their big July sale. We've had great luck at the Rack.
