Are there ever good deals in July?

We always travel during value season- it works best in my husband's schedule. But this year I want to take my daughter to WDW for her birthday in July. It will be just the 2 of us- a girls' trip- and the cost when I search the website is almost as much as for 4 of us during the winter value season.

Are there ever good promotions for summertime? She really wants to be there on her 10th birthday!

been the last couple of years. Last year the general public offers for packages and room only came out in February. The year before they came out in May.

There is a thread that is intended to track July discounts. You can subscribe to that. It doesn't always work. In the upper right hand corner of this is site is a link to discounts, oddly enough entitled "Discounts". The WDW site also make it easy to look for public deals. The drop down menu under "Tickets and Packages" has an option for "special Offers" where all the deals are listed.
