Are there ever any December discounts?

We are going to be arriving December 22 and staying for five nights. We have been twice before and each time paid around 59.00 a night. This time we are going during the Christmas holiday (both times before was arriving after Christmas). Now the website says something like 125.00 a night for All Star Music. I can't believe the difference. I have been checking every day, everywhere online, for discounts and cannot find any. Has anybody ever seen any discounts available during that time? Thank you in advance

Sorry No Discounts that I know Of, I paid 119.00 last year and I arrived on X-mas day at the POP Century, I too wanted to see if I could get a Fl rate or something but I didnt, Sorry its there busiest time and most expensive as well......

But if you check the surrounding Hotels, Not on site you get great rates......

There was two Christmas's Ago. Don't know about last year since we spent Christmas at DL.

We are going back this Christmas but not going to hold my breath for any discounts.

Luckily the majority of my stay is using DVC points!

BTW, we checked in the AKL Concierge last year on Xmas Eve at a FL Res AP rate
