Are there CODES for us NON-AP Holders???

Will there be codes released for Non-AP holders for discounts? I booked a moderate hotel for the 1st 1/2 of our trip and a deluxe resort for the other 1/2 of our trip through my travel agent. 8 nights total.

If codes are to be released for us non AP holders, can we give the codes to our travel agent and apply to our current ressies?
