Are there character meals at the Hotels?

Are there any character meals that are at the hotels. We are staying off-site, but can you go to the hotels' rest. like at Disney?

I think the RPR has a character meal (breakfast?) not sure tho.....we don't really "do" character meals, so I'm not too knowledgeable there...but, you can eat at any of the hotels. You could probably call/email the hotel to find out.
