Honestly, the only place I've personally seen Black Panther M&G is on a Disney Cruise with a Marvel Day at Sea.

Black Panther is one of the many, many Marvel properties legally prohibited from being represented at WDW due to a pre-Disney takeover deal Marvel made with Universal. He and the Dora Milaje can only be found out west at Disneyland as a result.

like PP said there aren't that many characters we can have east of the Mississippi INSIDE the physical park

I know we can have Guardians (and have had Star Lord, Gamora and Groot visit in the past) , Doctor Strange appeared briefly when his solo film debuted (I don't know if we can still use him heard mixed things), We can have Eternals (IDK how well those characters went over at Avengers Campus or how the movie in general did just that we had a few different in park gallery displays about them at studios) the only other character I'm unsure of is Shang Chi
