Make sure to buy all of your grilling supplies at a local store - charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. as I don't believe they are sold on-property.

Can't speak specifically to BWV but other resorts sell small bags of easy-light charcoal (no lighter fluid needed) at the gift shop / general store.

All DVC resorts at WDW have grills and supplies available. Charcoal can be purchased in the resort store and you can check out grilling tools from the store or activity center depending on the resort.
