Are there any special cards etc... to get points for cdns?

I know there is the Disney Visa Card, (I'm assuming that is for US only, does anyone know if there is anything similar for cdns?

we have been collecting aeroplan miles which we convert into Cadillac Fairview gift cards. We can use these gift cards to purchase park tickets at a near by mall which has both a Sears travel and a Disney store. Both stores charge a $15 fee but we still save $$.

Before we did this I did call both Sears Travel and Disney Store to make sure that they will accept this gift card to puchase Park tickets.

You can use Airmiles to pay for both WDW and US hotel rooms, tickets, car rentals, etc.
