Are there any shuttle services from Sanford Airport

Hope you can help?
We're off to Orlando on 16th May with Virgin to MCO. My mum wants to join us but we can't get her on the Virgin flights without having to fork out £811!!!! Airtours have flights for a bargain £256 but obviously fly into Sanford this is where the the problem lies....
We land at 14.35 but then have to clear customs and get our car, my mum lands at 13.35 so we're thinking she'll have to wait approx 3hrs for us to pick her up. Does anyone know if there's a shuttle service from Sanford to Kissimmee, I know you can use a Towncar service but it's $220 return which is a bit costly for 1 person!!!!
I've used MapQuest to get directions from MCO to Sanford but could someone please check them over to see if the times and directions are correct?.
