Just wondering if there were any others out there like me who LOVE Gymboree clothes! I have a 10 week old daughter and I think I have about everything in the store that they put out in the last two months! Just wondering! I have already started to buy some clothes for our trip to Disney next year!!

*raises hand* :) I really love the clothes and they are like the volvo of clothing and have a great resale value so you can always get a good percentage of what you spent back. They are such great quality, it takes ALOT to wear them out. It is pretty much all my kids wear. It is pricey so I take advantage of clothing loops, gymbucks, sales, etc. to get the stuff as cheap as possible.

I don't know if you saw my previous post but if you have a Marshall's near you they have a ton of Gymboree last season summer stuff out right now at incredible prices. You might want to check it out! :)

My kids were always in Gymboree clothes when they were babies and toddlers. Not cheap, but excellent quality.

My sister is due to have her baby next month, and she got a ton of Gymboree stuff. Looks like this baby will be decked out in Gymboree too. :)

I don't have a Marshal's near me but I will travel for Gymboree! New Line March 28!

do I count? the local store sends me emails about their sales and I swear it is a personal email! AHHAHAHAH

Yeah, at Gymbucks they gave me a 25% off coupon for the summer line because I'm such a special customer. HA! That translates to..."you spend entirely too much money here and this will sucker you into spending even more MUAHAHA". ;)

Me too!!!
I just love Gymboree..They have the cutest stuff, and I just love that i can buy shoe, socks, hair-bows,belts, and did I mention socks lol and it all matches!!!!!!!! I recently put in an application there. Did you know employees get 40% off.. Oh my gosh if I worked there I would probably have 2 of everything..lol

So I guess you could say i'm just a little obsessed.
Good to know that i'm not alone.;)

When my daughter was little I LOVED Gymboree clothes! They're just adorable and so colorful. I was sad when she finally outgrew them and the whole line of clothing.

ME TOO! ME TOO! I love that I can get an entire wardrobe that - no matter what my DH picks out - it will match. I just got DD a whole bunch of spring stuff, I love the swing tops this year. And you are so right about the quality - even my DD can't destroy those clothes  .

The salespeople from our local store personally call my DW to let her know when the good sales are on. No joke!

I love their clothes too. I had no idea that Marshalls sells them. I usually take advantage of their gymbucks and I always buy a season ahead of time. So, far I am good at estimating my kids sizes (boy-6 and girl-4)

They do have a very good resale value (as does Oshkosh). I just sold my kids summer wardrobe from last year and some other clothes from a few years ago at a Mom-to-Mom sale and I made $400.00
:bounce: :Pinkbounc

Now, I will guess I can start buying for next year!!!!!

I wonder if I could get the store to call me when there is a sale....I will have to ask Friday when I go. I just love the dresses they have, my daughter looks so cute! I don't know why but I never went for clothes for my son, I Just discovered with my daughter and now I can't stop buying.

not sure where you are in PA but the Springfield Mall store will email you with their sales Just let them know I get regular emails and even when they start marking them down farther!

I walked into our local Gymboree store at the mall once. I took a look at a really cute little onesie thing with ducks on it, looked at the price tag and got the heck out of there!

They looked to have cute stuff but I can't really see spending that kind of money on clothes that DS will outgrow quickly. I do have 1-2 pieces that I bought resale but I even had a problem with most of the Gymboree resale prices because they are so high.

I guess I am the only one who feels that the price is just way too high!

AHH Becka you have to learn the art of buying! They have the most amazing sales. You walk past all the stuff in the front of the store and head to the back! I don't think I have ever paid full price for anything in that store! My DD and DS have tons of their clothes. I think the most I have paid for pants, $9.99 (that is jeans leggins usually less) Boys shirts best deals of all! $4..99 I usually won't pay over $20 and like others have said once you see how your child growns you buy ahead. The stuff never goes out of style! I think DD is wearing a shirt right now I bought 2 years ago! LOL!BTW I am headed to Marshall's today!

Yes the prices are high. I myself do not have a lot of money but I save and then spend. The quality is great, you get what you pay for here. It's really an obsession for me. I consider myself a collector now I have so much. I think the clothes run slighthly big so my daughter will get a month extra out of them. And if the next baby is a girl she's all set!

You can also buy things on Gymbo loops from other loopies cheap. Gymboree has high prices but they constantly have sales and I RARELY buy anything full price. In fact, I think the only thing I've ever bought full price was the layette froggie line that was just out. I knew there would be nothing left when it hit the sale rack and thought it was just too cute to pass up. I earned Gymbucks for it all though. It's a good thing, because those frog shoes sold out in a few days and are now selling on eBay between $30 and $50!! Doh! I should have bought an extra pair!

MosMom, what is Gymbo loops? is their a website?
I got Natalie the Bon Voyage Kitty with the the caprit pants and sweater 20 bucks off the clearance rack. If I really want it I will pay full price, but if I can wait, it all eventually goes on sale. I am still on the hunt for Marshalls. There isn't one near me I am so mad!
