Unfortunately no. The Dining Plan must be booked as part of a package with the exception of DVC members and renters - they are allowed to add the Dining Plan without buying park tickets. If you wanted to consider renting DVC points, there is a rent/trade board here at The DIS - I'm going that route this year! It has the advantage of affordable accommodation with the option of getting the Dining Plan. Good luck!
Linzy, does anyone in your party have an Annual Pass? If so, you can get a Disney Dining Experience Card that can save you 20% at selected restaurants.

Nope, its just me and my husband. I work full time for The Disney Store so I get myself and my party in for free but it isn't good for ANY discounts...stupid sale to The Children's Place...I miss my discount at the parks!!!
what you might want to consider (and what we did on our most recent trip 'cause we had tix left from a previous trip and really did not need tix) is just buy a one day ticket in order to be eligible for the dining plan... it never expires unless you use it... and the cost of the ticket was immediately a wash w/the benefit of the dining plan!
