Are there any Disney hotels withing walking distance of either of the Water Parks?

It's a long, convoluted story, but the gist of it is that we need to know this for one person in our party's return to the airport.

I would say that BB would be equal distance between Cornado Springs or the All Star resorts. I would say it would be a 15 to 20 minute walk. One would have to travel under the Osceola Parkway if going to the All Star resorts. It would be better to take the Disney transit back to the reort.

TL is near OKW and CBR.

A determined individual could concievably walk from All-Star Sports or Coronado Springs to Blizzard Beach. Beware however, that it would be a longwalk, and both of those resorts are themselves rather spread out, so the walk could be even longer for some guests (All-Star Music and Movies are even further away than Sports). Over at Typhoon Lagoon, Old Key West is relatively close (walk from the West Side path), or perhaps Saratoga Springs if open during your time frame. No resort, however, is adjacent to any water park (except for now-shuttered River Country).

That said, I'm not so sure it's practical. Disney transportation from either water park would get you back to even the farthest WDW resort faster than anyone could walk to the closest resort. Anytime the water parks are operating the bus is always available, so (unless I'm really missing something particular to your situation) really there is no reason to need to walk.

CBR is a long walk from TL. You could do it but I would think the bus would be much better.

Why, you can get a shuttle bus (or even taxi) to the nearest Disney resort?
